Gravimetric or against MID as a comparison counter.
The measuring method is optionally available with stationary or flying start/stop.
The counter can be recorded manually or with optical scanning. Electronic counters with their own pulse output can be integrated.

Measuring principle
Gravimetric measurement with 300 kg scale.
The flow rate setting is manual.

Description
These test benches are designed as individual or series test systems for testing large water meters and compound water meters.
Measuring principle
Gravimetric or against MID as comparison meter.
The meters are clamped manually or hydraulically, depending on customer requirements.

Adjustment

For quick and efficient adjustment of water meters
Details
Principle
Optical or magnetic scanning of the water meter and comparison with a magnetic inductive flow meter or adjustment with a stroboscope.
Special feature
Fully automated operation. The test is clamped and started as soon as the meter is detected. Once the target value is reached, the test is automatically ended and unclamped.
Data transfer of the adjusted Qmax value to the database and automatic assignment of the measured value to the series test protocol is possible.
